By electing a coke snorting, alcoholic with no morals because he said that he is one of them. They still believe it today regardless of how much killing and destroying he has done based on a lie.

Christians like myself just want a fair balance of morality and justice in the law. When unborn babies are getting killed, and our schools are turned into atheistic philosophy training camps, we have a little problem.
A school shouldnt favor any religion over another but it should be at least willing to acknowledge there is a creator God as our declaration of independence does. Right now they are favoring 1 religion over another; the absence of it-atheism. And no Im not in favor of replacing science with religion. But science can be taught in such a way that it doesnt favor atheism. There is a great case to be made for the creation of the world by God through science but thats the last thing atheists and the ACLU want now is to turn back the clock on their secularizing America.
We are now starting to feel the effects of secularization with all these school shootings. Atheism ultimately leads to the destruction of morality and a distinct disrespect for human life.

Who are these fundamentalists, and how do they propose to take back anything. When you say "take back', that indicates that they had control of America a one time.
When was it that these guys controlled America ? Certainly not in my time, and since I do so much history reading, how come I never came across anything about them ?
Maybe I should be very afraid, but for some reason I'm not. I'm more afraid of crazy drivers than I am about Jesus and his fundamentalists.

It's all bull, none of that will ever happen because it's just a bunch of backtalk to control the masses.
they're using this system to get political advantage from the religiously "rightous" who think that supporting them will get them a seat on God's right side in heaven.
they plan to do no such thing... they're just messing with the masses to remain in power and do their bidding for their own personal gains.
Religion is a strong tool to control the masses, and while it is a good thing, it is being used in a bad way. I wouldn't be surprised if in the end, they ended up making people more anti-religious and destroying religion's roles in this country.

Oh, please, spare us the fevered and false rhetoric. There is no consensus fundamentalism, despite your baseless allegations.
The fact that people have a right to vote and speak should not make you afraid. Fundamentalists support freedom, liberty and the Constitution a hell of a lot more than Democrats and leftists do. That's a fact.

it doesnt matter.
these type of movements are cyclical in american history.
They come, they go,
But they never last...
We burned witches because of religion...
We banned alcohol because of religion...
We banned abortion because of religion...
We banned gambling because of religion...
We prayed in school because of religion...
And the reason that it never last is simple.
Just as morality begins to reach a critical mass;
And we near a moral utopia
The morally superior begin to be to be affected.
They step back from the movement.
And the whole thing implodes.
And we start the whole process again.
