It would be very difficult, if not impossible, for all nine to align since Pluto's orbit is in a different plane (about 15 degrees) from the plane all the other planets orbit on. I am almost certain that at some time in history all the other eight have been aligned, I could not tell you when or when it will occur again. It would still be a very rare event.

If you mean all 8 (9?) planets lined up in a straight line from the Sun out, no, that has never happened, and won't for as long as we can forecast, which is millions of years.

I am not sure when nine planets lined up but I know they say now we have only 8 planets.

A few years ago we had a partial line up, & the doomsday forcasters went wild! But, it was all for naught, we still were here the next day...
I don't think we can line up all of them. If we can it will be once in a million or so years!

Not anytime time soon i hope, when all the planet line up the gravitational pull will mean the end of the solar system. (IE no earth or "end the world")
