I know the kids' voices in the Simpsons are actually adults'. I'm just wondering if 'Dora the Explorer' or the 'Hey Arnold!' cartoons actually use adults' voices.

Kathleen Herles is the actress that does the Dora voice- she was featured in the Latina magazine article as "10 Latinas Shaping the Future"

in dora no it's not, it's a girl of 9 years old.
and it's been born in the usa but her parents are mexicans
