I have three avocado trees in office. They grew very fast in the first month, but suddenly stoped. How to take care of them? Should I water them a lot or a little? How do I recognize if they are male or female?

If you planted it from the seed the reason it was probably growing well to begin was that it was using the stored food in the seed to survive and grow. Once that food is exhausted then it has to make it's own.

Put it in a bright area but not in the direct sun. Water it when the top inch of soil is dry. Too much water causes more harm than good. You can also fertilize it with a liquid fert. like MiracleGrow, Shultz, or Peters. All are very good. Get the one with a balanced analysis, like 20-20-20.
