i have us cellular phone and im intrested in getting a new phone and i would like a phone where i can make a voice recording my ringtone. Which us cellular phones allow me to do that?

You can record an MP3 of whatever you'd like to say (there is a recording program in windows xp) and converted it to the format suitable to your phone using free software like "ring tone chop shop" (you can search it at www.download.com)
If that sounds like too much any phone running windows mobile will allow you to create a recording and instantly set it as your ring tone.

The verizon LG 3200x. I think it's discontinued for that very reason though. Making your own ringtones is bad for Verizon's profits..
I got a new phone when I renewed my contract, and I kept the LG for the ringtones.

I used to have A Sprint phone that had voice ring.It would say "call from ****".So anyway I know that carrier has it.
