I know zip about computers and this is really causing some frustration HELP me PLEASE?

what in the world is the os system and i don't think its that the pc is infected but ill check anyways.

if you have deleted alot of programs then first you might want to try to delete all cookies as they slow your computer down quick also delete any files with... ie5.. click start then search all files ...if that dont get you faster then you still have parts of programs that was not totally deleted when removed...if you have norton system then have it search for all files not associated with any files and it will remove them...

Ok here is the thing you need java to run a lot of programs, what you need to do is do a disk clean up and then do a disk defragment but before all that you need to re install java and do a virsus scan. Then follow all the steps. I hope that helps you out.

If you don't even know what your O/S (operating system) is, I suggest you take your computer to a computer store or your local technician, to get it checked out. It may be that spyware is affecting it, it may me that you need more memory/hard drive space, or it may be that your computer is just old. Have it checked out by a professional.

You probaly are infested with spyware or need more RAM.I would becareful clicking onto any free downloads for spyware and virus detections and removals because alot of them also has a virus attached to them.

Get adaware, you can download it for free, also get spydoctor you can get that for free too. make sure your mcaffe or norton or w/e u use is running good. then if those dont work use a restore point on your computer. And if resotreing still doesnt help, then you have to completly restart it.

Try doing a disk clean up, clear all cache and temporary files. Exit any unuse programs.

Remove UN wanted files, run scandsk, it would be a good Idea if you can add more RAM.

click on start/control panel then click on
add/remove .lookin the list for limewire
click on that then click remove then run a full spyware/virus/trojan scan
