Why shouldn't they? It's not about perversion. People aren't just screwing everywhere. Nudism is about freedom.

My great grandmother had drapes around the piano-legs!
I can never understand why the moralists and the religious get so outraged at the prospect of children wandering around nudist resorts.
That was the way God intended, surely? Wouldn't we have had fur otherwise?
Actually, I've walked across nudist beaches in Holland, and no-one even so much as blinks, and the children (clothed or unclothed) just run around like children do, kicking balls, having fun and splashing in the water. It just isn't a big deal for families in Holland, Hungary, Russia and many other countries, but it is in those countries more influenced by extreme religious views.
The interesting thing is, that Holland, with all its liberal laws and institutions, and a fairly relaxed attitude to human sexuality and nakedness, actually has less teenage pregnancies, stronger families, later sexual activity among teenagers, less in the way of STD's and one of the developed world's lowest incidences of HIV infection; even among the gay population.
I suspect that those who find nudity offensive, also find their own bodies and sexual proclivities offensive, and prefer not to face up the truth of themselves as normal, horny human beings.
In other words, it's just a silly hang-up!

I don't think there is anything wrong with it. The purpose of nudist sites is to be free from the confinement of clothing. I can understand why some people would be against this though. Unfortuantely, our society tends to tie nudity with sexuality. Now, I wouldn't go to a nudist resort because I am so conservative, but I think it's a great thing !

depends on the beach or other location... if the focus is an sexuality...no... but there are beaches and other locations that are very family oriented... at least a few... but for the most part all the beaches I visited that were "clothing optional" were still subject to behavior that is , IMO, not apropriate for any age... much like YA

Everyone has essentially the same bits. Why shouldn't a child accept that? At 16, they are more likely to embarrass themselves; that is probably the worst age!

I would be very uncomfortable with it. I shouldn't be but my skin would crawl.

no - i don't think they should be allowed.
unfortunately, every time i think of parents parading around with strangers and forcing their children to be there too, it reminds me of Fred and Rose West .................. DISTURBING!!!
