No sound coming out of my left earbud on Sandisk Mp3 player?

no sound comes out of my mp3 player, but if i pull it out a little bit they both work, apparently it is only working on "mono" any advice for how to fix it...
oh by the way if i kinda push the headphones a little while they are all the way in the jack it works, so apparently someonething happend where the headphones arnt making contact with the jack

there is a loose connection on your mp3 player. if you unscrew the case of your mp3 player you will probably see some solder missing from the part were the jack plugs in. simple case of soldering the conection back again.
