tennis...great sport and can be played at any age/basketball...love the game and great workout but my knees are not as good as it used to be so hardly play now/golf....very challenging and a lifeitme is not enough to master it/skiing.....great workout and nothing like the feeling of a whole day of skiing/scuba diving....best sport for me in terms of escape and nature appreciation

Basketball. Ive been playing since I was 11. I play for fun, its good excercise, and also its a good release; Its better then therapy. When you're out ther doing something you really love, it clears your mind. Its better than going to a shrink ,for me its a form of expression, a good release for frustrations and it keeps me in shape.

college football is my fave. the intensity of the fans takes it to another level. besides, you can watch a dozen games every saturday and see a totally different style of play w/ each one.
