While the concept of everyone in the country being employed is nice, the truth is that it can never happen.

Even if there are 100's more jobs than there are people to fill them, there are always people graduating from school who need a first job, people who move across country because of family issues who need a new job, people who just aren't suited for their current job and need a new job...

So the Job Centers might have fewer employees, (who could help fill some of those extra jobs!) but there would still be a need for recruiters and placement persons.

yes but they would be come unemployed so they would have to go to the job centre they would then be employed has they have experience in that field then they would be unemployed again because they all had jobs and so on

Lol since your questions states that EVERYONE is employed, they either now have a very easy job, or they are working in some other field.

I should imagine there would still be a need for job centres and staffing - the difference would be they would need to be much better educated, informed and happier to help! Their role then would be more of 'job swapping' - even for them! - after all there would technically be no vacancies - would there?"

then they former employees would need to go to the job centre but they cant as it doesnt exist as the employees would need to get someone to work there to help to people who used to work there.
therefore they would be up s**t creek

Being redundant, they would be unemployed. So job center staff would be needed to find them a job - which they could apply for. etc., etc.

They might have to learn to speak English and also good manners. That is as likely as the full employment scenario.

They would probably relocate to the TAX office to deal wih all the additional work there and make sure we are all paying enough.
