I take it that your spouse has sued you for divorce nd you dont want to appear in court. You dont have to but you will be in total agreement with what your spouse has requested in the divorce papers by not showing up, because thats exactly what will happen. Your spouse will be automatically awarded everything they requested because you arent there to contest anything and forfeit by a no show. The choice is yours. Good luck
