Would'nt it be better to station National Guard troops at all the schools, etc?

I've been wondering about this one for a while. The National Guard isn't called the International Guard is it? What are they doing overseas in the first place. The Coast Guard doesn't run around all over the world. The Air Force doesn't guard another country's air space. It doesn't make any sense.

Maybe we should have people stationed at the school entrances to protect the kids .
Then we can send the troops on a search and destroy mission to eliminate drugs from the homes and autos of americans .
Les go ahead and make everyone the same no alcoholics or drug addicts allowed .
Lets clean up america and get rid of the undesirables in our nation .

I have a better plan. Withdraw all federal funds from public schools and use the money for National Defense. Elementary and Secondary schools should be run and funded by local governments if they are run by the government at all.

I do not really want more hired guns at the schools but at the sametime you have a great question.

I think another question should be why does the government think that we will have peaceful nation if we are out attacking other countries.

Too many oxy morons...or just plain morons, running our country.

We are winning the war on terror, you are just a cut and runner!

But you do have a good point, I could no-bid a contract to Haliburton to provide security at schools.

Condi, get to work on that
