why is it that my prepaid v3 wont download ringtones?

If you got your phone from somewhere other than the service provider you are now using (like buying your phone on ebay and then trying to use it on T-Mobile), you must first download some settings to your phone to get the internet connectivity to work. Where to get those sessions files/settings depends on your carrier, so call your carrier and ask them.

i think because it is pre paid and you can't buy anything for it other then minutes.
