I'm guessing sooner than we think. I can totally see the world shifting in that direction in the next few years. Remember all it takes is one crazy idiot pushing a button.

Can't really say. Could be next year, or World War III (which is what I assume you meant) could be another 8 or 10 or 15 years away.

there'll consistently be close by wars yet there in no way would be yet another conflict related to 0.5 the planet and dozens of countries scuffling with for a similar component like in the previous. WW3 is fiction.

Why is this in special education? What has this got to do with the Education of Students with Disabilities or the Education of Students who are Gifted? That's what this category is for. Try over in Government and Politics--that might get you more responses.
