I hated him before the world cup and hate him more now, he always looks too the referee, like a baby who has had thier favourite toy taken away, and the wink just settled it, he doesn't know the meaning of good sportsmanship.

I may have but in the bigger picture, my opinion doesn't really matter! The fact that he is still booed makes it evident that many people haven't forgiven him yet. I don't really like the guy but still don't believe that he should be punished for one foolish mistake. People need to realise that because he is young he does not have the wisdom of the older players and will tend to do silly things.

I find it really interesting how |Rooney can do really foolish things yet the English are so quick to "forgive and forget".

Give Ronaldo a chance, he may be arrogant and a bit of a diva on the field but there is no doubting that he is an asset to Man U and that they truly do need him.

I have to admit that his attitude has definitely improved and he has become more focused on his game...kina less of a DIVA now.

get real the media thrive on sensationalism and that is what it is all about watch the BBC at the moment the bung thing
It's over 10 % not it's just over 10% and when they get rid of 50/60% of the 39 it will be about 2-5% so let ronaldo get on with his job which is as a provider for mu you hate the Portuguese tw@t you say well you are just playing into there hands for chr@@ts sake why not concentrate on Rooney and let him get a grip on his temper just ask yourself this who let himself get into that position ? I'm just a bystander no axe or grudge to grind either way I'm Scots and really support Raith Rovers

What am I to have forgiven him for? English people are too wrapped up in being English. Look at the past, Alpay gets released by Aston Villa because he confronts David Beckham, then a Macedonian gets released by West Bromwich Albion for also confronting David Beckham. Cristiano gets the 3rd degree from English morons for aiding the sending off of Wayne Rooney.
This is ridiculous.

I think you are a bit too nasty. You should ask God to forgive you.
Cristiano is innocent! You're the guilty one!

I believe that people like you will eventually drive the great player out of England. What a shame! Is that what you want? Will Manchester United be better off without him?

I really am tied but I think that after all what Cristiano Ronaldo was wrong but then again it is a thing about modern day footie cos if Wayne Rooney forgives him then might as well go on with life (but I really hate him)

Learn to forgive and forget. Rooney was the victim and he has already forgiven Ronaldo, so why are you so hard up about it.

He's a good player at Man Utd, hope he doesn't leave.

no and i never will but being a man utd fan i try to forget about it people target it more for two reasons. cos he plays for man utd and it was against england i just wish people would realise that that type of thing goes on every week and if it was the other way around you would all say he did the right thing.
