You've obviously not watched the movie.

Glory was about blacks who fought in the civil war. That, right there should answer your question.

But check out imdb.com. You might find some interesting information on the movie, the behind the scenes of the movie, the actors, and a brief plot summary. Hopefully, that will help.

Actually watching the movie, would do the greatest good though. Good Luck!

First of all, it was the first All Black regiment in military history in the USA, but the commissioned officers were all white. The regular soldiers were former slaves for the most part, which caused problems in going South to fight; the South stated that any "*****" caught while fighting for the North would be summarily executed. Lots and lots of history in that movie if you pay attention.

First, watch the movie. It's excellent!
Second, think about how the characters in the movie are different from people today. There is a main white character (Matthew Broderick) and 2 main black characters (Denzel Washington and Morgan Freeman). How do they act differently from white and black people today?
Hope that helps.

1. watch the movie.
2. check out www.imdb.com
3. Do your own homework or create a study group.

This film makes it pretty obvious. Think North vs South. I wonder why they fought a war in the first place......(hmmm)

I'm not going to do your homework, but definitely watch the movie, it's REALLY good. One of the best civil war movies out there, in my opinion.

Lol, if you can't figure that one out you better go back to 1st grade. I will give you a hint, it has something to do with their skin color.
