The only "monster" that I know that starts witht he letter "I" would have to be "IT" from the book and the movie from Stephen King that was about a sick and scary, demented clown.
then "The Legend of Sleepy Hallow" with Ichabod Crane. Not quite a monster, but.....
Anyway, there are the only two things that may be considered as "monsters" that start with the letter "I".

Well there is a Gila Monster that is a type of big lizard and it is deadly. I believe they live in Arizona but not positive
