i want to buy an ipod from ebay.com. is it safe? are they new ipods there? is there quality ? can i trust them?

It is never completely safe to buy anything on ebay. You don't know for sure that you will get your merchandise, that it was described honestly and accurately, how long it take, whether the warranty will be valid, or anything else. As an example, I just bought a Motorola Razr V3 on ebay, advertised as brand new. It turns out that it was made for the UK market, not the US, has the wrong voltage adapter and wrong software flashed in it, does not recognize T-Mobile, and many other problems. The seller won't even respond. And if you get cheated like this, there is essentially nothing you can do about it.

Better to pay a bit more and buy new from a reputable dealer.

possibly she have been given lost and did not understand what to get u from the Tech shop, a clean telephone and he or she is nicely off so why not an ipod!!! it is much less own than procuring u a clean telephone real??? besides stay alerted for any pink flags.
