Told off. You can get drilled or a drilling from your mum if you've been bad. You could also get drilled (beaten up) in a fight.
It could mean get very drunk. Or it could mean had sex, but I doubt its sex, more than likely a telling off/beaten up or very drunk.

drilled could be referring to sex or it could be referring to being "messed up" i.e. tanked up, fried, bombed, totalled, drilled.
