What a super question.
My initial reaction would be to say "Of course"; however, being realistic economics haven't kept pace with the advances in science - I am thinking about the new (and prohibitively expensive) drugs that are available for cancer treatments. I think what I'm saying is that I just don't know!

Yes, I think it should provide healthcare for everyone in the country, even if they are here 'illegally'.
It is the duty of a Doctor to preserve life irrespective of race, gender, economic class or nationality. As such, Governments should provide full funding for Doctors to do this.
