Moles can only be removed by a physcian. Warts can be disolved slowly with duofilm. The process is: soak for 10 minutes scrub with a nail brush outline with Vaseline drop of duofilm gel bandaid repeat for up to 6 weeks. see an doc if not better or if not healing.

You can get stuff from the pharmacy that will do this.
Alternatively, rub the wart with a piece of raw steak, and bury the steak in the garden. After a couple of weeks, when the wart is still there, go to the pharmacy ....

i had three on my hand .. i just use to slice them off with razor and use wart remover few times and it disappeared
