restraining order. ask your phone company for a print out of incoming calls and make a police report.

Call the COPS! Tell them of her threating phone calls and they can call her to ask her not to call you anymore... if she does after that then file a protection order, change your phone number.

Make a recording of the calls and take them to the prosecutor and have an EPO issued.
