my father passed in 1991.Where would I look to see if he had funds owed to him.?

he passed away in 1991 but have been told he has funds,but I do not know where to look

usually funds are recorded by state. Look under Unclaimed Money and there should be several websites you can go to.

try the register in probate at your local courthouse
