Is USA colleges worth it? Does London sounds better?

I read that you can get the same education as in NYC but for lower price in London for example the University of Oxford.
NYC schools= $45,000
London=$25,000
So is London colleges better?

Undergraduate is better in the UK. Postgraduate is better in the US.

In Switzerland the college is much better and it costs like 1000$ per year.
