Cheap clothes are like all over the place, Abercrombie & Fitch, Hollister, American Eagle et cetera, all those mall stores that are found where trashy people hang.

TJ Maxx, Ross, Marshall's, etc.
You can find lots of things at those overstock stores. For instance, there's tons of American Eagle and Roxy at Marshall's.
I wouldn't recommend buying online.
Good luck and have fun shopping =)

Filenes basement has tons of brandname clothes for bargain prices, and since it is not owned by filenes, it will not be taken over by macys. It has lots of american eagle, guess, and calvin kline clothing.

Resale shops. If you know clothing brands and values retail, you can find amazingly cheap but good clothing at resale shops.

Thrift stores.
However, I would also be educating my teen on the fact that a name is nothing but a name, and that you select quality, not names.
