You better forget about the machines. German is a notoriously difficult language to translate into from English, the outcome is a language called "gibberish" more often than not.
Go and look for a proper translation done by a human.

easy .....go to the to says view and then click encoding find german....then u can....if u dont have encoding....go download from download.com........type german translate(or something like that) then u can!!!!
