You can do from BR Ambedkar open or open Universities of Tamilnadu, but i suggest you to do BED from hyderabd there are lot of minority colleges you need not go them regularly except for last month btw this course in hyderabad is only for 9 months even i did my Bed i guess i rarely went to college but i could get good percentage.

If you have a work exp. of atleast 2 yrs. of teaching in any affiliated school,then you can join the B. Ed. course by IGNOU. For further details contact www.ignou.ac.in or you can also contact its office which is located in St. Xavier's College, Kolkata.

You can do B.Ed as an external candidate in many universitie. Poona university is one of them. Being an External candidate there is no question of attendance. You may approach the site.
