Do sales people still do that? I thought it was just the Jehova's witnesses. I put a blood donor sticker on my door, it is the most polite way of saying I'm very busy, don't bother me. So a no soliciting sign would work for me as well. Nobody has come to my door, though. It's those pesky telemarketers that drive me crazy. I usually say, no thanks and if they continue like they haven't heard me, I hang up. i think it's rude when I have been polite even though they have disrupted my supper or whatever I am doing and then cannot be polite back and realize, no means no. It's even worse when they phone back. It's all about making a buck and never about people anymore. so I guess, I would pick 4.

5- i normally open the door holding my pet snake, you wouldn't believe the kind of reaction that gets, especially from Jehovah's witnesses
