I'm not going to say they were all good.
But the worst?
Well, responding to what people above have said:
I would defend 'Revolution No. 9' for its commercial riskiness and willing to experiment; this was 1968, remember. It improves the more you're exposed to it, just like cough medicine (I hasten to add that few people have listened to cough medicine ; )
'Hey Jude' is fairly indispensable in their catalogue; it just suffers from being overfamiliar.
'Yellow Submarine' is also overfamiliar, not exactly profound, but I'm glad they recorded it, somehow. Kids love it, and so do I (in moderation). It's better than 'Octopus's Garden', which is just forced charm.
Yes, some of the really early stuff is lightweight. Lots of fans don't like 'Mister Moonlight', but it's just the sound of an immature band (at that time) doing something that wasn't really them. There's an entertaining out-take on one of the Anthologies, can't remember which. 'Thank You Girl', 'I'll Get You', just immaturity again.
'Maxwell's Silver Hammer' is twee, but rescued by the wonderfully smutty line 'late nights all alone with a test-tube, oh, oh oh oh.'
'Taxman' and 'Why Don't We Do It In The Road' are saved by a great guitar solo and great vocal performance respectively. 'Honey Pie' is an accurate tongue-in-cheek knock off and doesn't pretend to be anything deeper than that. Ditto, 'Wild Honey Pie' was never meant be anything but trivial and goofy.
And my personal pick as worst Beatles song ever (I will literally leave a room to avoid hearing this):
'The Long And Winding Road'.
A genuinely atrocious piece of schmaltz by Paul McCartney. It is mind-bogglingly awful, yet is on several 'Best Of' compilations.
Fingernails on a blackboard, anyone?

Looks like at least 3 of us agree. The worst song the Beatles had was Yellow Submarine. They had many great songs and I listened to them from the time they started in the sixty's. That's something for a Country Western fan.

The worst Beatles song ever is one thousand cases extra desirable than any of the yankee Idol pop rubbish it is shoved down our throats on the instant. The Beatles are mythical song icons, American Idol isn't.

Only two songs which i cant remember now but all the rest if they had brought them out during the war when bands were playing good music and Angel Radio still does they would have thought the Beatles had lost their marbles they wouldn't have been looked at by the producers

This is a difficult one for me as a Beatles fan, but Yellow Submarine is a song that springs to mind. My favourite is The Ballad of John and Yoko.

"Yellow Submarine". And I love most Beatles songs! Yellow Submarine is the worst, though!

"Here, There and Everywhere" - it is so syrupy, I actually choked on pancakes while listening to "Revolver". This tune makes Clay Akin sound like Ozzie Ozborn.
Thank the Whatever for John and George!
