Anywhere in China. It's compulsory to smoke there...if you haven't started by age 10 you are sent to a gulag!

Cuba, we were there in April this year and there are no rules or restrictions on smoking, its a beautiful place too.

Europe - they smoke everywhere there - you'll fit right in. oh, but you have to carry a little white dog in a Luis Vitton shoulder bag or they'll know you're a poser. oh, and your dog has to be in the latest fashion. sorry but true.
