I'm only 13 but i feel like i'll never acheive if i can't be motivated now.I don't have many hobbies unlike all the other girls at school. people say i'm clever enough, i go to a grammar school and am doing quite well, but i avoid working whenever poss. I try hobbies but something always gets in the way.I leave homework till as late as possible sometimes. Will i find a hobby i like? Does it matter at my age? I feel like i spend all my time messin about because it's easy. Are other teens like me?

Just be yourself and aim at doing what pleases you within the rules of your household and society. At 13 live. It's all out there yet to be discovered and you will find many things over the many years that will give you pleasure. Don't rush it. But work on getting your homework done in plenty of time. It will take some of the pressure off you. Best of luck.

If you can get away with doing less, rather than more work then why not? Work doesn´t have a value in itself.
Why shouldn´t you leave homework to the last minute: it probably isn´t very interesting.
You might never find a hobby you like, but so what?
The main thing is to ensure that you don´t close off any options too soon.

Mess around as much as you can while you have the chance. The time will come too soon when you will have to make hard and fast decisions about your life. For the moment, just enjoy doing as little as possible while your brain (it is still growing) takes everything in. Childhood is a precious thing. Just enjoy it!

You have no responsibilities yet. Teens have lots of time to hang out and do nothing. Later when you are an adult you will have too much to do and not enough time. So enjoy your spare time now. Help your parents clean the house if you want to be useful.

most people are like this and it is ok, you are young and you have things to do, school, homework, friends etc.....this is the time to learn that some things you need to do, and your youth should be enjoyed. later, after high school, there is either more education required of you, or going to work and becoming a adult, which has lots of responsibilities. so enjoy your extra time and be a teenager with not alot of worries.

If you are 13 what are you still doing in grammar school. Your hobby should be getthing into middle school by now.

not all r like u.....but i really advise u to start looking.....u r now 13...as u will get older....time wud not be the same in a meaning...u will realize that all goes so fast.....and we actually don't have time to waist it.....
