Male-looking, about 6 feet tall.

Long, black hair. Eye color and skin color cycled through all possible eye and skin colors. It had, on its back, a pair of black, long-feather wings. It wore black robes.

Is this a demon, a fallen angel, a God, what is this thing, help, please?

It is the Angel of Death (see below)...

OK I'm tired of trying answer people's questions seriously - I'm new and I just want to get Best Answers, but this better just be an academic question because if your really seeing this then you need to head straight down to your local mental hospital and book a room. If your under 18 head down to your local 7-11 and hang around in the parking lot until you turn 18 and get a job. I've often found that getting a job helps these visions go away.

Many people think angels dress in white and demons dress in black. Those who have said you're crazy or need meds are a little crazy themselfs. My best guess is that it is probably an angel. Like previously mentioned the guardian of death. He also may be a fire spirit or a guardian of lost souls. I have seen things like this before. In fact my own guardian spirit has a similar look. (I am not the only one who has witnessed or heard my guardian spirit) This means that the creature could be something called a deamonic meaning spirit guide which is where the word demon originated from. (intresting huh?)

It sounds to me like the crow, the bird of death. In Native American mythology, there is believed to be a crow that will come to you when there is a death about to happen or has already happend. If you have not made peace with God, now is the time to do so. It could be that the night visitor is trying to tell you something. I do not know if you are a Christian or not, but I would strongly suggest that you talk to a Pastor or someone that you know that knows how to pray. I am not telling you this to scare you, but if you have never accepted Jesus Christ into your life now would be the time. You see the crow is not really a bad thing, it is usually sent to warn you. I would not want to know of anyone dying without making peace with God or being saved.

Sounds like a demon to me, but perhaps it could have been an angel also. Are you saying that you actually saw this thing? Im not one to criticize people when they say they saw something, even if it is very hard to believe. Certainly amazing things happen sometimes and as far as I know your case just might be one of the very few truthful cases. If you do feel like you experienced this creature, I would suggest looking toward your own feelings to figure out what it was. What does your gut tell you? Did you feel like it was forboding, evil almost? or did you feel something else....?

It sounds similar to descriptions I have enocuntered to a being known as an Incubus. Essentially this creature is a demon, usually encountered in a dream state that sometimes acts a lover, sometimes as a sexual attacker, sometimes as both. This is the male counterpart of the femals Succubus. These creatures are said to feed on fear and terror in a vampiric manner, the same way that vampires feed on blood. Infact, vampires are often referred to by these terms (Incubus for male and Succubus for female) although somewhat eroneously.

The early church claimed the these creatures were fallne angels, alhtough they appear completel outside and independant of any christian influence in some areas.

Hope this helps...

BTW... IF there is such a being menacing you...ther are way of expelling it...

Interesting encounter! honestly, I do not think you are insane.
If you see it again, maybe you could ask who he is. My best bet would be a night force being, not necessarily a demon or evil spirit, but I had read somewhere that in the night-side of nature, in darkness there is a full spectrum of colours, which reminded me of the way you said his colors changed. The night side of nature is associated with the ability to precipitate things, magic and the use of energy in general. But be careful....it all depends on the vibe you got, did it frighten you, did it seem evil? etc...

sounds like Dracula or some new creature wanting to get into a Star Wars episode. Could be something from out of the Book of Revelations, the last chapter in the Bible.

It's a manifestation from your lower self or subconscious. It is you - or at least a part of you. You don't need to fear - just accept and seek knowledge and ask questions if you are interested.

Don't worry you are not insane. Understanding soul/consciousness structure might help. The best I have found is The Secret Science behind Miracles by Max Freedom Long.

It's a demon. though a gentler one. it is harmless, but if you see it's eyes settle on red, then, I'll sat it right now "good bye"

I go into trances where I draw demons, and no matter how we try to dispose of them, they won't stay away. Trust me on this one.

btw, the only medication that I'm taking is an anti biotic that i JUST started.

It is not the angel of death. If you see death then you are dead.
It sounds like a fallen angel to me. As for a name i cannot say.
If you see him in dreams then you should ask him to reveal himself to you. He has to tell you who he is. If he doesn't want to, dimiss him in the name of whoever your God or guiding angel is aslo asking that he not be allowed to revisit you until he is ready to tell you who he is and what does he want with you.
