Are you sure it's a data cable? That is what you need to download things onto your phone, and it depends on the Manufacturer of the phone..... My phone is a nextel i860 (Motorola)and there are websites and specific programs you have to download to do all the ringtones, and wallpapers, and don't even get me into making your own ringtones.... it's tough stuff! What I would do is do a google search and see if there are any forums or links that give you the info you need to see if there are any websites or programs for you, or try Mobango, it's a website where people download ringtones and stuff and it has a service that will allow you to send stuff to your phone, but like I said, it's a hit or miss, and it takes time to figure out your specific phones features.

Heard of the instruction book? Might be an idea to read it...
Or you could make your own webpage using XML so you can browse it using your WAP server. On this you put some of your songs then downloadthem from here to your phone...assuming you know how to use WAP...or your phone at all.

you could try utilising limewire to boot to acquire the songs,in simple terms open up the record with your telephone on the pc,open up limewire/iTunes and reproduction the music onto your cellular telephone,I did it alot and it extremely works :P
