Afetr I graduate from my school I will owe around $17,000 in loans (good deal considering my school is $41,000 a yr) and come out with a bachelor's in international relations.I am currently a junior but have been thinking about this recently.I was wondering whehter I should
1-Get a job after graduation and pay off my debt then pursue grad school?
2-Don't worry about the debt too much and go to grad school right after undergrad?
3- Try to go to grad school and work at teh same time?
4- ANy other suggestions?

While I went on to get a graduate degree in another field, my bachelors is in economics--you really can't make much with a BS in Economics. Sure I could be a stock broker and it would help there, but then I could also get that job with a music degree. Unless you are in sales or minor-level service at the international financial houses or companies that sell globally, a couple more years to get your masters will be worth a LOT more money. I went to grad school and worked at the same time, but my grades suffered. They were good enough to get me the degree but not good enough to get me into the really good jobs.
