According to the IMDB (Internet Movie Database)...the definitive source of movie knowledge...;)...

"Three endings were shot, and a random one shown at each theatre. All three are included on video."

So I'm afraid not...sorry!!

EDIT: SORRY!!! I Stand Corrected!! On the same page further down it reads...

"There was actually a fourth ending scripted and shot, in which Wadsworth committed all the murders out of a twisted need for perfection in his life. He reveals that he poisoned everyone with a slow-acting toxin in their drinks. It ended with Wadsworth being killed by dogs as he attempted to escape by car from the house. The rather grim nature of the ending is probably why it was never released. It was never shown because the film makers thought the ending would have been too obvious - it only survives in the novelization and the storybook, which features but a single photo from that ending (the Chief punching Wadsworth in the stomach)."

Also, I've just checked the DVD release on both Amazon *and* Play.com and I'm afraid that the current version only has the theatrical trailer on it:

http://www.play.com/DVD/DVD/4-/123725/Clue/Product.html

(although it is really cheap!!) This is usually when the studio has rushed out the DVD release just to get the title on the shelves - which is usually followed a year or two later by a "Special Edition" with more features. Keep an eye out for it.

No way , i looked this up after reading this question and i so want to see the 4th ending now. This film is genius, i never fail to laugh every time i watch it. The scenes with Mrs White are so funny.
and Tim Curry is brilliant.

Yes, but never shown involving a further twist by Tim Curry, actually contributed to the script. ps for those who can't get it, searched for years b4 finding it in virgin. DVD has option for three endings back to back, random ending. Only special feature is the cinema trailer

yes there was, and i am sorry it was not left in the final cut.

i would love to watch it again - as it was a clever film and quite funny in places - but cannot find it anywhere.

not many people know about this film, but those who watched it and like it are a cool bunch
