No it is never too late to get circumcised.
No circumcision should be done before age 18, when the patent can sign the consent form himself. It is his body he can have it done if he wants, or not done if he doesn't want it.
I don't recommend it, if you want a circumcision you can have mine, I sure as Hell don't want it. You see I got this damn thing when I was 6 years old and now I just can't get rid of it.
It just can not be undone, no matter how miserable it makes your life.

Nope never too late. A doctor can do that for u anytime- and at any age!

No it's not.
But I've heard that when you get older you are more susceptible to infections.
You can always talk to a doctor about it and then you decide which route to take.

You can do it at any age but the younger the better as it is less painful..
