at times it can be hard to make out a dream from real life, as sometimes in your dreams stuff happens as real as it would otherwise, but usually when you dream somethin happens or takes place that you know wouldnt happen anytime soon or at all, so its rather easy for the most part to make out a dream form real life
( this is how it is with me anyway, i cant speak for anyone else on the subject )

yes, I can. Can you? There is a disease that refers to those symptoms, perhaps a doctor should be seen under such circumstances.
