I am 7 months pregnant and I want to get a perm. My hair is horrible and will not style in any way. Is it safe for my baby if I put chemicals in my hair?

Most woman find that when they are pregnant they are unable to perm or dye their hair as a) the curls wont take 2) your hair wont dye. Baby is taking a lot of your nutrients so I would advise to wait until you have had the baby, otherwise you may end up paying a fortune for a hair style you don't like.

You can get a perm but don't know expect it to hold. Your chemicals will not allow it to hold until about 6 weeks after the baby is born, I don't suggest you waste your money.

A perm will not harm your baby, but it probably won't help your hair either. Just wait out your pregnacy, and when your hormones settle, so will your hair. Until then, try a hat , ponytail, or new hairstyle.

Because your pregnant it prob. won't take in some places. It will make you look funny. I would just wait. TRUST ME!!
