It's kind of like a game show, kind of.
Nick Cannon is the host and always the leader of the Red Squad and every week (episode) a celebrity comes on and is always the leader of the Black Squad.

The two teams compete in 3 improv sketches, the winning team gets one point added to their total score. In the end, they have a "rap battle" type thing when they're just "dissing" each other. Each good diss gets one point added to the final score.

Both teams have to come up with instant jokes/rhymes when they are given a challenge. Who ever gets the most mics wins in the end. At times its not all that good but Katt Williams is the best!!!!
