If you want to keep that car for a while, best bet is to change the tank and get a used one. Patches won't stay forever.

Check at shops that repair gas tanks for cars. They have a material they can put inside the tank to create a liner that may work for your oil tank. Need to check with them to see if they can handle a tank that size. The alternate is to probably replace the tank with a new one.

Replace the tank. It is much cheaper than going though all the remediation required if the oil saturates the ground. Your insurance company may be willing to pick up part of the cost.
