Go to the anthropology department of the closest university. Speak to the head of the department, that person will know about the area you describe, show on a map. Do not go to the press first, there will be bone hunters all over the place. Don't do the digging yourself, you may disturb important relics. Dealers are unreliable for the most part, they are always looking for big profit. Good luck with your find.
