Since hag and crone are slang and derogatory I suppose geezer might be the male version. But none of these names are very legit.

i dont think that andropause really exists.
but even if so, males do NOT become infertile afterwards.
to my knowledge males are producing fertile semen until they die.
which is why there is no such thing as a male crone.
