Don't respond. But if she's a friend, I'd sit down with her and give each of you 5 minutes where one person talks and the other listens. No one can interrupt each other. Keep going with the 5 minute thing until you both have nothing else to say to each other and it's all out there and you've worked it out.

Okay you r calling YOUR FRIEND ANNOYING!!! Hello are u a true friend. true friends are there for each other. if you can't deal with her then dont get around her. you say she never leaves you alone, do u answer the phone when she calls. explain to her that she is working your nerves IN A NICE WAY, that is what a TRUE FRIEND would do and if she really cares about you she will understand where u are coming from. GOO LUCK

I've had a few of those.....just make yourself look or sound busy....or better yet don't answer the phone.....and if they come over without calling....hide, at least until you can get enough guts to tell her what you think.

yea i got one of those too! just act busy and whatever you do dont make eye contact!! If she calls dont answer the phone if you arent in the mood. If its in person tell her you have to do something and dont ever ask her a question if you dont want a novel out of the answer!!

Have you tried telling your friend that a good friend listens at some point, instead of dumping and chattering all the time?

well you can first try just saying look im really busy, ive got keep this short.....if that doesnt help you will have to be either brutally honest, or just plain out avoid her, she will eventually get the hint

You need to be upfront with her and tell her that she talks too much and that you need a break - honesty is always best.

Tell her how you feel and if she doesn't stop then don't be friends with her anymore.
