Hopefully this is a man and a woman we're talking about, not a boy and a girl. But anyway, age differences really only become a problem when the people involved can't relate to one another. If they are at very different maturity levels, I'd wait on marriage for sure. What you're really asking is if the relationship itself would work. If it doesn't, marriage doesn't really even come into play.

Age is just a number! I am 25 and my fiance is 39 and we have a wonderful relationship. Just look at it like this the older one is a lil older and a lil wiser and thats good for the younger one...and the younger one can help keep the older one feeling more young and vibrant!

There's nothing wrong with this, but remember that women have a shorter "reproductive span", and also there's a possiblity that in the future she will look significantly older than you. Just be realistic about the long-term implications.

If he is mature enough, go for it... My wife is six years older than me.

Even when I was single I never dated anyone younger than me.
