you should not get married.
If you are not able to put the person first before you and be considerated and thoughtful,
you should not get married.
If you can not love from the heart,
you should not get married.
If you can not be faithful,
you should not get married.

I can give you a million reasons not to get married...
You will give up the ability to go and do what you want when you want with who you want.
You will have to share everything.
You will have a bunch of expectations on you.
You will have a lot of responsibilities.
You will have to make a house a home for you and your family.
...and the list goes on...
There is only one reason to get married...You are madly in love with her and you can not imagine living without her...then all the above stuff will not matter, because you will have something much better...

If you are NOT in love with your partner, do NOT get married.
If you are not mature enough for the compromises marriage entails, DO NOT get married
If you have never lived on your own, taken care of yourself, learned to cook, clean, deal with life all on it's own ON your own - don't get married... get out there and find out who you are first.
If you are getting married just because you think it's the thing you are supposed to do next - think really hard about it. You should get married because you are ready for a life long committment, to love your partner for the rest of your life, good or bad...

Not really. There's nothing wrong with getting married. I guess freedom would be one, but then you'd be alone for the rest of your life.

If you don't trust your partner or your partner doesn't trust you. If your partner doesn't respect who you are. If you don't respect who your partner is. If you or your partner are not willing to be loyal. If you love your freedom more than anything and this world. If you don't think your partner is smart, capable, lovely and beautiful. If you and your partner have not a crush in each other, don't get married.
