Yes, a good glucosamine product can be very beneficial, provided it is glucosamine hydrochloride, not the sulphate. If you have the right blend in a glucosamine product, it will restore fluid to your joints. But glucosamine is only one strain so it works only in a specified area. I do know of a functional fruit juice that people are experiencing amazing results with and it comes with medical validation. It is very rich in antioxidants, phytonutrients, flavenoids and polysaccharides, which go to work on all auto immune deficiencies, including arthritis and rheumatoid arthritis. I am a wellness consultant partnered with Dr. Earl Mindell, author of the Vitamin Bible and we have some pretty impressive testimonies on what this has done for people with arthritis.

I have found a chiropractor to be able to offer some relief. Also have used a form of healing called Raiki. A lot will depend on what is causing the pain.

It won't help you of the pain, but it may do you good. My gran says it doesn't work for her, but it is worth the try. It is not harmful anyway.
