Maybe not inherently; but it begs the question of just what does the 21-year-old get out of the relationship....

Not really. My husband had a friend who was older than him by 4 years (16/17 to 20/21). The older guy may be a bit on the immature side or visa versa - younger guy more mature for his age. He says that some other older guys discouraged his being with the older group because he was too young and so my husband was left-out (which he hated but couldn't do anything about it).

i don't understand it a guy or woman has lots determination in the event that they fall in love. reason is going out the window. despite if there is an intense difference later on, there is desire for happiness. various study have been achieved on would-December romances, and located that difference later on had much less effect on marriage than different issues. It would not make sense to me, yet study is study; and age difference would not have lots to do with marriages. in my opinion, i don't think of i might desire to have a relation deliver with a youthful lady or an old woman. 5 or ten years difference might often be ok. If one human beings is 30, and the different 20, it would probable be pleased with me. yet, i might shun any relation deliver with a sixteen 3 hundred and sixty 5 days old lady if I have been 26. yet, like I reported in the commencing up, one would not have lots determination in the event that they fall in love.

when I was 16 I was hanging around with guys 5 or 6 yrs older than me...but then again I was the guitar player for thier band...anyway..I don't think it's wierd as long as they are just friends...some mid teens like myself when I was that age sometimes need the intellectual stimulation that people thier own age can't give them...my friends that were older than me turned me on to reading, chess, and philosophy....
a couple of them were married and they trusted me to watch thier children when they had things to do...which taught me responsibility...
I enjoyed hanging out with my older friends much more than kids my age and as a matter of fact to this day these people are still friends that I keep in touch with...
but then again that was 25yrs ago....there's alot more wierdos out to hurt kids around today than there was back then.

not for the 16 year old...but its sad for the 21 year old...they are more than likely very immature for their age and cannot socialize correctly with people their own age....kind of lame
