If you are a guy, that's pretty skinny--you need more meat on your body. If you're a girl, then you're in good shape--a little on the slim side, but very good!

I an 5' 9 and weigh 159. Everyone says I am thin. I think around 150 would be the best size. 130 seems a little thin, but not a big deal, so I would say you are skinny.

They say that the perfect weight for some between 5-8 and 5-9 should be around 130 to 135. So, you're doing great!
Only if you're a girl and yet u'r still skinny.
If you're a guy, then nope. I guy 5 foot 9 should weigh more like 140 to 145 and you'll still be skinny but healthier and hotter looking.

You are skinny. My husband is 5' 9 also and weighs 160, which is too skinny for him as well. 175-180 lbs is ideal weight for that height. Go to the gym and bulk up a bit - muscle weighs in too, and is healthier than fat.

It also depends on your age too. You probably should gain about 5-10 more pounds? Maintain your weight. You are probably a little bit under average, but its good enough. Don't eat so much fatting food.

I think you might be on the slim side of average...according to the charts if you 5'6" you should weigh between 130 and 155 last time I looked...but hey, the charts change all the time. If you feel good don't worry about it.

Im 5'9 and 166. But most of it is muscule. I play baskewtball. So my parents make me train everyday.
