I got two tickets in Georgia, one for speeding and one for reckless driving. I am originally from Maryland, and have a Maryland drivers liccense, I just go to school here. In Maryland, all my friends would always take their tickets to court because the judge would almost always drop the points of reduce the fine or something. Is it worth it to try to take the two tickets to court? Can I pleed PBJ?

If you think you can get off easier by going to court, then do so.

Because there are two tickets, honestly I don't think there's a point in taking it to court. You might get a point or two taken off, but because of the type of tickets, it's not going to help you any. If it weren't for the reckless opp. one you'd be able to fight it a little better.

I just got two tickets this weekend too! lol. One for speeding, the other because I have my windows tinted at 5% all the way around. The legal limit is 50%.

Cops are a pain when it comes to these minor traffic violations.
