We know about the schools and students of the families that will run the new Iraq .There kids got schools and teachers and water and electric but millions more need the same help now .We can take building a permanent upperclass into Iraq with privilage and special treatment to get our way .

heheheh,.... no fear of Saddam gasing anybody for awhile. We have atttempted to re-build a school here and there, but usually have to stop during gunfire - bad press for cons/repubes.
